Save the Date: Webinar on Handel’s Messiah

Upper Valley Baroque is excited to offer a free webinar, presented by Martin Perlman in conversation with Filippo Ciabatti.  In partnership with OSHER, this session will provide new insights into Handel’s Messiah, leading up to UVB’s performances on September 20-21.

Speaker: Martin Pearlman, Founder and Artistic Director Emeritus of Boston Baroque. Boston Baroque was founded by Marty in 1973. It was the first period instrument Baroque ensemble in the United States.  Boston Baroque became an internationally renowned ensemble, and Marty is well-known in Baroque music circles as an American conductor, harpsichordist, composer, and early music specialist.  We are thrilled that he is willing and available to do this.
